Dry your hair completely

These products do not protect your hair if you use a hair dryer daily.

After you wring your hair with your hands, wrap a towel around it and walk around for some time. Never rub your hair with a towel. Wet hair is quite weak and will start falling out and breaking if rub hard. Do dabbing, not rubbing. This method will extend the natural drying time, but if you want healthy hair, you must find the time.
Get healthy food, forget dieting
Eat right. You knew that already, didn’t you? You will now start whining about having no time for proper meals. All your fast food experiments and late night binges don’t just affect your figure, they kill your hair.
