Sheirly Maria Theras came to cosmetology from physiotherapy. After earning her Bachelor of Physiotherapy, she completed ILAMED's Fellowship in Medical Cosmetology in 2021, training across lasers, chemical peels, trichology, PRP, and injectables in a program run in collaboration with University Medicine Greifswald in Germany.

As a senior skin and hair consultant in Chennai, she has personally overseen more than 100 hair transplant procedures and administers treatments such as PRP, stem cell therapy, and mesotherapy. Her conviction is that every hair loss and scalp condition deserves a treatment plan tailored to the individual, never a one-size-fits-all routine.

Away from the clinic, Sheirly is a writer. She has published a research paper in a Russian physiotherapy journal, and she has written and self-published four novels along with articles on hair and skin care.
